Our company philosophy
“Build homes for good people,” Cheuk Nang was founded by Dr. Cecil Chao, Sze Tsung, a visionary Architect that built the innovative cityscape for Hong Kong starting from the 1950s. He started as a civil servant in the then Buildings Office (BO) and famously signed the Occupation Permit for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Central, the gathering place for the movers and shakers of the era. Seeing the exponential potential of developing real estate, he soon set up his own shop to build residential and commercial properties the world over.
