Our Story
Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Limited traces its roots to Far East Wool & Fibre Mill, Limited, established in 1963. In 1988, Dr. Chao Sze Tsung Cecil acquired Far East and renamed it Cheuk Nang, backed by a group of angel investors that included the esteemed Hong Kong banker Dr Ho Tim. Dr Chao had earlier founded Wah Kwong Properties, a family property business within the Wah Kwong Shipping group. In the decades since, Cheuk Nang has developed property across Australia, Europe and Asia — many of those projects now completed and passed to their owners, while the group’s current developments span Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur.
