In the first three quarters of 2024, there have been 9 recorded transactions for luxury properties valued at over HKD 500 million in the Peak and the Southern District. According to recent transactions near The Peak, the transacted price of No. 28 Peak Road was about HKD 100,000 per square feet. Luxury properties in Hong Kong show strong resilience against market downturns, making it a good timing for both users and investors to enter the market.”
